COVID-19: Our Commitment to Your Health and Safety
With the safety of our loyal guests and staff being our main focus, we have tried to well informed of the local and global situation since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. We have considered very carefully the benefits of remaining open to our staff and their families, as well as, the social responsibility we have to the larger population. In line with current recommendations with state and federal guidance, we have arrived at the conclusion that the appropriate action for our community’s long-term health and future is to temporarily close our facility.
Fallout Trampoline Arena will be closed starting today Tuesday, March 17th.
The duration of our closure will be continuously evaluated in relation to the government’s guidelines and local conditions. We will keep our guests updated regarding our reopening. We plan to stay productive with special projects including exciting renovations.
What to expect regarding memberships: We plan to place all memberships on an immediate freeze with no fee. There is no action required on your part to make this happen. All prepaid memberships will also be placed on a no cost freeze and the lost time will be automatically added to the end of your current membership term.
If you have booked a party or group event with us: We will be reaching out to you offering the following resolutions, a) full refund of your party or event, b) offering to reschedule your event, or c) a year membership for the birthday child or one individual in your party.
We are thankful for our loyal jumpers and guests that have supported us for almost 5 years and ask for your understanding and support in this unprecedented situation. We will keep you updated through email, social media posts, as well as on our website. We are hoping to utilize this time to provide much needed renovations and updates so that we may continue to bring your family a clean, safe, and fun environment in our hometown.
